Another tea that wants you look fat-free is oolong tea. On drinking once or twice a day, it functions as a fat eliminator. I haven’t tried it yet. But there is no reason not to, considering it easily burns fat by metabolizing it.
Having oolong tea could finally take care of that annoying abdominal fat, giving new hope against obesity.

4. Pu-erh Tea:

Pu-erh tea is apparently good for you inside-out. These Chinese tea leaves can bring your cholesterol down and pick up digestion. Importantly, it can fire the metabolism while your body gets detoxified.
The result of all this is weight loss, since fat is neither absorbed nor stored. For the nerds out there, fatty acids are actively oxidized.

5. Peppermint Tea:

Like the four teas above, peppermint tea is not linked to green tea. Despite the many varieties of teas available, peppermint has humble recognition. The minty taste is well liked and also makes you feel light, just like green tea.
Peppermint tea is good for you because it can enhance digestion to burn extra calories. Just sweeten it with honey and drink up! You can also control your appetite better afterwards.

Not all of them may be good for you, but those selected carefully can assuredly help you lose weight.
