1. You Cut Out All Fat From Your Diet
Omega-3 fatty acids help keep the skin soft and supple. And when you cut all fat from your diet, it deprives your body of this component that eventually causes premature aging of the skin.

Slumping in front of the computer can cause our spine to form an unattractive hunched posture that is harmful to our health. As a result, your bones and muscles become abnormally tense that results in pain.

Adults need at least 7-8 hours of sleep in a day. If you compromise your sleeping time, it not only makes you look tired but also shortens your life. Other side effects of lack of sleep are obesity, mental illness, and lack of stamina.
4. You Sip Your Drinks Through A Straw
This may sound a bit weird to you, but it’s true. Sipping your drinks contribute to aging. The logic behind this is while you squint your lips to sip, it causes fine lines and wrinkles around your mouth. Same is the case with cigarettes. So, try to drink directly from the glass. And you already know why you must quit smoking.
5. You Watch TV For Longer Hours
According to a study, for every one hour you spend watching TV, your life expectancy decreases by 22 minutes. Remember not to sit continuously at a place. Even if you’re at work, you must get up every half an hour and walk for some time.
6. You Apply Sunscreen Only While You Go Out On A Sunny Day
Overexposure of your body to UV rays causes premature aging. You need to protect your skin from the harsh effects of the Sun. Do not forget to wear sunscreen, even if it’s cloudy outside.
7. You are Stressed
Stress can severely damage our skin cells, and this can speed up the aging process. If you’re stressed about something, take a break. Better practice yoga or meditation. It works.
8. You Wear Too Much Makeup
Wearing excessive makeup on a regular basis can clog your pores and cause outbreaks. It might also dry out your skin by removing the natural oils, and this can lead to premature aging.
9. You Rarely Skip Your Dessert
Apart from adding excess pounds to your body, eating sugar can also add years to your face. The damaging process caused due to sugar molecules in the body, often termed as glycation can result in loss of radiance from your skin. This may lead to puffiness, and also increase the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on the skin. So you must let the sugary treats pass if are serious about youthful skin.
10. You Sleep On Your Side
When you sleep on your side with your face squashed to your pillow, it increases the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on the cheeks and chin. The best position to sleep is on your back, to stay fresh and young.
11. You Keep Your Bedroom Warm
It’s comforting to sleep in a warm and cozy room, particularly if it’s snowy or cold outside. But turning up the thermostat can suck the moisture out of the air leaving your skin dull and dry. This too can age your skin faster.
Initially, you might find it bit difficult to bring so many changes in your lifestyle. But once you start noticing the results, you will be self-motivated to make these your habits.
