How To Make:
- Add the butter to a bowl, and mix the sugar and egg yolk with it.
- Now add the milk and stir well. Once all the ingredients are mixed well, add the cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and baking powder to it.
- Then, add the flour and mix well. Flour a flat surface, and knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the dough such that it is at least half-inch thick. Cut out circles using a round lid or a mug.

- 2 Tsps. – Flour

- First, let’s tackle the filling. Mix the flour, the brown sugar, and the cinnamon in a small bowl, and set aside.
- Beat the egg, and pour half of it in a separate bowl.
- Now take the sugar, flour, and salt for the dough and mix them together. Add the butter, and work the dough with your fingers.
- Now add some milk to one half of the egg, and whisk well. Add this to the dough, and mix with your hands until everything pulls together.
- Divide the dough in half, and roll each one out into a rough rectangle.
- Now cut this into smaller rectangles, three from each part of the dough. So, in the end, you should have six rectangles.
- Now with the leftover egg, coat the rectangles, so that they will hold the dough and stick together.
- Now place a spoonful of the filling in the center of three rectangles, leaving about half an inch bare on all four sides of each rectangle.
- Cover the rectangles and seal well. Now using a fork, poke holes on each tart.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place each tart gently on it. Leave the tarts to chill, while you set the oven to preheat at 325 degrees.
- Now bake the tarts for 20 minutes, until they are golden brown. Let them cool.
- Now mix the milk, sugar, and cinnamon for the glaze. Drizzle over the tarts and serve while still warm.
I guarantee there will be none to spare.

- 8 Slices – Swiss Cheese
- 1-2 – Tomatoes (depending on size)
- 3 Cups – Mushrooms
- ¾ Cup – Ranch Dressing
- 8 buns
How To Make:
- Chop the onions into rings, slice the mushrooms, mince the garlic, and chop the tomatoes into rings as well.
- Combine 5 Tbsps. of Sriracha with soya sauce, pepper, minced garlic, and beef. Mix well. Make 9 patties out of this mixture. Add a little olive oil to make sure the patties don’t stick to the pan. Set them aside.
- In a skillet, fry the bacon until it is crispy. Cut it into small pieces, so you can use it as a topping for your burger.
- Caramelize the onions. It takes a while, but if you are in a hurry, you could just sprinkle some sugar to speed up the process.
- Now sauté the mushrooms in some olive oil.
- Preheat a pan, and cook the patties that you made earlier for about four minutes on each side. This will give you a medium rare cook.
- Place the cheese over the patties and cook for about two minutes.
- Now mix 5 tbsps. of Sriracha with the ranch dressing. You could add more heat if you like by adding some hot sauce.
- Lightly toast the buns on the skillet. Add the mushrooms, the onions, the tomatoes, the bacon, and the sauce over the beef patties and serve.
