  1. Toss the dates in a mug, add the water, and blitz it for about 50 seconds until the dates are soft.

  3. Add the flour, sugar, and egg to the mug, and give it a quick whisk. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and chuck the mug back into the microwave for a minute. Check and then give it another 10 – 20 seconds if required.
  4. In another bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce and let it turn in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Remove, stir and microwave again till you are satisfied with the result.

  4. Add the chocolate and butter mix to this and combine well. Add the chocolate chips.
  5. Add this batter over the graham crust until the mug is half filled, and then scoop on the marshmallow fluff over it. Add the leftover batter on the top, and microwave for a minute and twenty seconds. Check and cook more if required. You could add more marshmallows on the top, if you please, and then smoke them with a blowtorch, or just pop them back in the microwave for about ten seconds. That looks like a piece of art!
