2015 is the mother of the coolest of trends. Or so I would like to believe. And why shouldn’t I? The trends seem more life-like and achievable. And what has caught my attention lately is the trend of the frizz. Contrary to what I imagined, it actually looks chic. I say chic coz it adds a touch of grace to cool and messy, and I am still wondering how! This “I woke up like this” look is definitely going to confuse you, because while one half of the three and a half billion women are ‘Googling’ on how to fight the frizz, the other half is carrying the trend with utmost pizzazz. It’s almost like if you can’t fight them, join them. And it works!

So here’s a different perspective for you. Here are 7 reasons you should embrace the frizz this season.

1. Volume:

Naturally straight and limp looking hair can get mundane and boring. It could also end up looking really thin, even if it is not. Adding a little frizz to those poker straight locks will boost the volume and give them some character. Dump those frizz resistant products in the bin, and bring home a volume adding hairspray or even a dry shampoo for that matter.

2. Bedhead:

The bedhead look is clearly much more easy to maintain. Minimal styling will do the trick. And even if you don’t know how to style your hair, or if you are really bad at it, or if you are downright messy and absolutely don’t care, this trend is made for you. You’ve got it? Flaunt it! No one’s judging.

3. Weather Proof:

Humidity is no more your sworn enemy. In fact, who gives a damn about the weather anymore? With the heat-styling being a thing of the past, the world is now your oyster. A little styling to keep the frizz in place is recommended, but definitely is not a must. This new trend is definitely going to keep you saner and less frustrated. This one might sound desperate, but it is true. Flip through all those selfies on your phone. You will notice how amazing they look when there is light reflecting on your mane. Whatever your hair type might be. Firstly, this trend is suited to all. Secondly, it makes your hair airy, and lets each strand speak for itself by giving it amazing volume and a sort of instant texture. You get beach like waves without having absolutely any sand in your shoes. Like that?

Yes! In Your Face “Rich Hair Girl”! This trend is almost like a rebut to the rich hair girl look. The rich girl look is sleek and perfect, but this look stands for freedom, independence and so much more fun. Being uptight and stuck up is so not cool. Effortlessly tousled hair is chic and trendy. It is something you should definitely try.

7. Grip On:

Frizzing up your hair a little before you style it into that romantic looking messy bun gives it a great hold. It will definitely stay in place, and those little frizzy strands framing your face, will make you look as perfect as a picture. This romantically disheveled look is sure to make a lot of heads turn.
