- Once you have become conscious with every part of your breathing, try instant breathing. For this, you need to inhale while counting one to six. When you exhale, count six again. This can be repeated 6 times.
- Now, you can think of people or things that you are fond of. Imagine and visualize what would happen if you do not have those people or things in life.
- After that, you need to express your heartfelt gratitude for those things and aspects of life. You will feel a rising surge of gratitude for these things in your life. It will calm your mind.
