1. Wash your face with a mild or herbal cleaning agent and pat dry.
2. On both the eyelids, use the deepest red eye shadow available (apply it to the whole eyelid).
3. Ensure that the red shade you use on the eyelids is extended below the lash line for a stunning effect.
4. With the help of a black eye shadow, doll up the upper lash line and the lower lash line of your eyes. Just a line would do, so as to not overdo the look that otherwise would turn very gothic and not the Gerard Way type.
5. With the help of a brush, use a dark shadow in one line once again for the upper lash line and the lower lash line as well.
6. Use another brush, a wider one, preferably to spread and blend the red and the black eye shadow respectively on the upper lash line and the lower lash line for both eyes.
7. With the tip of your finger, dab the upper lash line and the lower lash line once.
8. Take a brush and smear it well with the deepest red or crimson coloured eye shadow. Apply it on the crease of the upper eyelid, all the way to the beginning of the brow arch.
9. Culminate the red touch around the corner of the eyes and a little below the lower eyelids too.
10. Darken the colours with a touch of grey and black, around the lower lash line and lids of both the eyes.
11. A branded mascara should now be used for the lower lash line on both the eyes.
12. Just one coat of mascara for the upper eyelid lashes should be used.
13. For the cheekbones, the forehead and the jaw line, use a very light foundation to have the whitening effect.
14. Use a concealer to hide all flaws and lock it with a translucent powder.
15. The lips need to be baby pink or nude.
16. You’re done!

Caution - If you wish to use tape to bring on that stunning effect, it would be wise to ask a professional to help you out. The tape can pull the skin and injure the face, especially around the eyes, which is why doing this on your own isn’t recommended.
