3. For example, when you place your feet on the mat for the mountain pose and then change to a chair pose, the mat recognizes the shift in weight distribution. There is immediate feedback on balance and alignment.

5. You do not need an internet connection during a yoga session with you SmartMat. The tab/smartphone is connected via Bluetooth.
